Case has chosen the Doctor's Knife pattern for release from its vault for 2018 only! We have the first models offered with the new 2018 tang stamp. Genuine Case BoneStag has evolved from genuine jigged bone treated under an open flame exactly as they treat genuine stag. Because the handle is made of bone, it should have a pattern designation of "6" and because of its Stag appearance it has been given a "5", hence the 6.5 designation.
