The thick SK-5 carbon steel blade has an exaggerated S-curve and razor sharp edge that provides maximum chopping power. Cold Steel drew inspiration from the classic battlefield born trench knives of both World Wars in the "D" ring guards, made from reinforced 6061 aluminum. At the base of the handle is a thick 1055 carbon steel pommel, which matches the epic size of the Chaos Kukri fixed blade.
