Here we have the Yankee Muskrat pattern by Tuna Valley Cutlery. The Muskrat pattern its self has been around for quite some time now. The Daniel’s family obtained the Tuna Valley name in 2012 and it’s been nothing but progress from there on. They make the old “traditional” pattern knives with a bit of a “modern” twist to it. They use 154CM stainless steel so you get the great traditional patterns but with a modern steel. 154CM steel is a great steel for edge holding retention. The handles are beautiful India Amber Stag.
