Folks do I have a gem find for you today. This old Vom Cleff Cutlery 4 blade swell center congress is an absolute beautiful knife. The tang stamp on this one reads “VOM CLEFF & Co. GERMANY” and “LION CUTLERY WARRANTED” which would date this knife to the late 1800’s to the early 1900’s. This knife is in mint condition and has a crest style shield on the front handle. It has beautiful stag handles with great color and look fantastic. There is no cracks in the handle which is getting harder to find on the old collectible knives. Folks you do not want to miss out on this great collector’s item. BONE WARNING NOTE: Bone is a natural material prone to cracking. Therefore, some knives may have cracks near the pins or bolsters. Will be noted if cracks are visible.

Description

Vom Cleffs’ old Blue steel blades (carbon steel), with gorgeous stag handles. Nickel silver bolsters and pins with brass liners. Main Spear 2 1/16”, Sheepsfoot Blade 2 1/16” and Pen blade measures 1 5/8” and the small clip 1 11/16. Blade thickness is 1/16”. Closed length is 3 11/16”. Made in the U.S.A. Tang stamps read “Schrade Cut Co. Walden N.Y”.
